There are 3 rounds of interviews. The first interview was a video interview through an app where you are given 30 seconds to respond to the questions. The second interview is a phone interview with a person from HR. The final interview is onsite. The onsite interview started at 8AM and were given a tour of a store by two DMM. Next, you will meet back at the corporate office and be given a tour of the office. After the tours you will have 2 hours of interviews that consist of a buyers, an assistant buyer, a DMMs and members of HR. Each interview is one on one and last roughly 30 minutes. Then you will have a brief lunch break while listening to a panel discussion. Following the lunch break there is a group interview where you will have a short group project. After you will have another set of interviews for 2 hours. The day lasted from 8 AM to 4 PM. Overall a very drawn out process just to choose internal candidates.
