1. Brief phone interview
2. Codility test (broken into three parts: problem-solving, optimization, and bug fixing)
3. Panel interview:, 3 hours long, consisted of a review of the Codility test answers, questions about SQL, databases, the .NET environment, REST, and security. There was also some whiteboard coding.
