This was a 2 one hour interview process. First interview was semi-technical. Not very demanding. They just went through my resume.
Second interview a rushed HR interview. Interviews went well. Some "weaknesses" in my profile were unveiled due to lack of experience.
Of course, the "strengths and weakness question" was asked by the HR person.
