It was a great interview with a relaxed atmosphere and focused on what I can do for Bearingpoint and what they in turn can do to support me at work. I was asked about my background and also future outlook. In turn they presented their company, the job position and all associated perks.

Assessment Center ist gut Strukturiert, einfach zu Folgen und Aufgaben sind nicht wirklich Anspruchsvoll. Es wird genau beobachtet wie man sich den Aufgaben nähert und welche Rolle man im Team einnimmt.

Klassischen CV Fragen inklusive ein paar fachliche Fragen. Ich habe ziemlich schnell festgestellt, dass die Kollegen dringend Personal brauchen. Das hat sich in der Art und Weise wie das zweite Gespräch lief nochmal bestätigt.
Kurzer Case (visuelle Darstellung einer Implementierung eines predictive forecasts - wie soll das virtuell gehen?) - Zusage gabs direkt im Gespräch.
Gesprächspartner waren nicht die sympathischsten... BP hat wohl echt Druck, Personal zu finden.
