Both the technical and competency based interviews are heavily focussed on your CV so know what you've put on there well. I did both interviews with two of their managers from their software development teams. Most questions were standard interview type questions and the interviews were very conversational.

Colloquio
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds - telephonic screening round, technical round and a management round. The feedbacks between each interview round was very quick (took only about a day or two). Telephonic Round - It took about 30 minutes. I was mainly asked about my prior experience, competencies and a few technical questions. Technical round - It took a little over 1hr. The questions were related to the resume, C# and .Net, SQL and Angular. Management Round - This round was in-person at the BearingPoint office, took about 35mins. STAR based questions and resume-based questions
