The interview process was not long but I did not receive any communication following the final interview which was disappointing. After two people mentioned I would be hearing from HR with the next steps soon after my interview, I didn't hear anything even after I sent a follow-up email.

the interview process was very quick for me. this was in Jan 2024 and i think my team was in dire need of new members as the agency was still under a year old. i had applied online for a job at OMD, and my recruiter sent me resume to other agencies within the OMG network and let me know a team at BCL was interested for an interview. i had 2 30 minute back-to-back interviews with 2 of the team members, and my recruiter reached out the following day and let me know i had been offered the position. i started two weeks later. it was by far the fastest i had ever been accepted for a role. granted, this was over a year ago so i cannot speak as to how interviews are like now.
