Following a great conversation, I was told that I had been selected for a second stage interview, which would be about three hours and would include an on-site design task. A week after the first stage interview, the recruiter phones up and tells me that beautystack had reversed their decision, after the CEO had reviewed my portfolio, and would not be taking my application any further.
