The male owner attempts to intimidate you out of taking the job and "personally prides" himself on that. The female owner comes across very sweet (please note this all changes after months on the job and there are many past-employees who would testify to this fact). There was an initial phone Q&A and then an in office interview with both owners. Unfortunately while you may be ecstatic to have a job, this owner takes advantage of that fact. There are expected 10 hour days (salary) with no time off for medical appointments unless you intend to give up any and all lunches until that time is met.
