I filled out an application. I was called 3 days later and an interview time was set up. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was a fairly informal interview. Two days later I received a call and was offered the position. I started that next week.

was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
