I applied a couple of months before I received a call for an interview. I had a couple interviews and waiting to hear back. Interview was laid back, breif and fairly easy with typical interview questions.

One person interview, I got the impression they were looking for female candidates, but couldn't be sure. The interviews, I think, were for jobs that "might" open up, looking for future candidates while no real job was available, they should be upfront about this
