Phone interview that went well and was scheduled for an in-person interview. Phone they asked personal questions and qualifications. But when I went to the interview with the manager she just started talking about the job without asking anything lasted like 10 minutes. Felt like she already had her pick and this was just a formality. Made me waste gas though.

Response from application was emailed to me for a quick phone interview to see if my experience qualifies me for an in person interview. Through a link in the email, I was able to select a date and time for a recruiter to call me. Once recruiter called, I was asked questions regarding my experience via the resume I had submitted online. I was able to elaborate on the qualifications I felt were essential to the position I was applying for. The recruiter showed a genuine interest in what I had to say and followed up on my responses with more in depth questions. I felt at ease and the recruiter was very easy to speak with. I was offered an in person interview which was scheduled for a later date at the location I applied to.
