Interview call - Once our resume gets shortlisted , we receive a call in which they tell us the working hours, location etc. and if we agree, they will set up an interview. Interview 1 - This interview is to check if we know the fundamentals of the technical qualifications associated with the role. Since my role was full-stack developer, I was asked questions regarding HTML, CSS, Javascript, and some SQL queries. Interview 2 - Depending on your performace in interview 1, they may call you for the 2nd interview. This interview is mostly taken by the founder himself as he is the head of development there. You could be asked some in-depth questions about the same topics. Your thought process is examined in this round of interview. I was asked a data structure question and even though I gave the wrong answer, my thought process was appreciated.
