The hiring/interview process was not long and overbearing. You are generally interviewed within a group and asked a series of (clinical) questions that you are expected to provide the best answers to. Applicants are hired based on their responses, knowledge and presentation, as with any other respectable job.

Most of the questions were rather difficult, because, you were expected to provide appropriate answers to clinical questions based on HIPPA standards, and expectations, regarding confidentiality, how you would handle certain situations and overall professionalism.
