I was contacted within a week as I recall and hired on the spot. I guess I expected a "you're hired" statement, but as they proceeded to tell me the price of my uniforms I timidly asked, "So, I'm hired?". The answer was yes! I was asked a few questions like," are you comfortable cleaning?, do you prefer to work at a register, or with the food prep?". I said I was comfortable with anything they needed me to do.
