It was very professional from start to finish. From the intial call providing me with an overview of role; the company, the strategy and how the role has become vacant gave me a great insight into what the expectations was and whether I wanted to progress this myself. Every step of the process I was updated and never had to chase. The formal interviews were also very good, put me at ease and I got alot of information and understanding about what was needed and whether my skills, experience and progression aligned to the opportunity.
