Got an e-mail from the admin about phone screening and then got an interview set up. At the interview, the staff in the office were unfriendly and cold. So was the interview. The interviewer was very blunt about things and I was just uncomfortable the whole time.

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
