The interview process was very fast, only one Zoom call. It seemed like they were very eager to hire technicians as this role has a high turnover rate. Looking back, I should've asked more questions about benefits and a day in the life. After hiring, I was told that I wouldn't be eligible for any benefits like PTO or insurance since they didn't have enough clients for me to hit full time employment.

Interview was virtual. The process wasn’t long. You submit a form with your availability before the interview so they can accommodate your schedule. Very understanding and open to any questions i had.
