I was contacted by a very friendly recruiter. She and I talked for some time and a day later she contacted me again and asked me if I would be able to talk to one of the executives. I agreed. The first call went well, and after that they brought me in for a face-to-face interview. The first one lasted about 30 min and was with the VP of sales. The second interview was more intense as I met with several people from their team. They asked me specific questions which were relevant to the position I was applying for and they got back to me with an offer fairly quickly.

The questions were not that difficult. They asked me things like: How would you handle working in an environment where you were not constantly supervised.
