The whole pre-screening process was unprofessional. I scheduled a time through a calendar link that was sent to me and no one ever showed up to the prescreen interview. 30 minutes later, I received an email from a different recruiter from the company with no introduction to who she was, just saying no one ever sent her the link and could I still hop on the meeting. We ended up having to reschedule for a couple days later and at the end of the prescreen, she told me that she would be reaching out to me regarding a second interview for next week with the operations manager. I was ghosted and it’s been almost a month since that meeting. I am truly disappointed at how unprofessional the whole process was.
