Interview went amazing (or so I thought). I had a phone interview first which mostly consisted of an overview of the job and my experience. After the phone interview I was offered an in person interview where I had a great conversation with the hiring manager. She gave me a verbal offer on the spot. About a week goes by and I hadn't heard anything from HR about my job offer so I reached out to them via email. A few hours later they called me to give me my official job offer. The woman I spoke with gave me my start date and what to expect during training. I had a question about my starting pay and she assured me that was totally fine and she would give me a call back. Well, she never called me back and I received an email saying they were not moving forward with my application. I thought it was a mistake since by this time I had already accepted a verbal offer and over the phone from HR. The woman I was speaking with at HR said that they just decided they wanted to hold off on bringing on a new RBT at the moment. I was completely shocked. I then asked for some feedback as to why they changed their minds and I never got a response. I tried to call and email and no one would get back to me. I thought this was a well established company and I was excited to work for them but turns out they are extremely unethical and unprofessional. It was a very disappointing situation to say the least.

Calm and insightful process with friendly staff, felt very welcoming and they took the time to let me get familiar with the space and the atmosphere. I would say the interview it self was casual and easy to share in a private setting
