Total of three interviews: 1. initial phone screening, very casual and basic. 2. phone screening, a little more in depth 3. In person interview. This was a little more rigorous and was almost 2hrs long. It involved shadowing a team lead for about 40mins, then followed by a final interview with two supervisors. By the end, they informed me that there was no position currently available, but there may be an opening in the near future.
