Lovely interview process. You are able to take a tour of the center, they'll show you each room and explain what activities can be done in that particular room. The children are there and you're able to see the employees interacting with the children. Then the interviewers leaves you with a RBT and the child they are with and you can ask that RBT questions and talk with the child they're teaching.

Calm and insightful process with friendly staff, felt very welcoming and they took the time to let me get familiar with the space and the atmosphere. I would say the interview it self was casual and easy to share in a private setting

The interview was very easy, and quick. They let you shadow someone for about 20 minutes to see what the environment is like. Interviewer was nice. Didn't ask too many questions.

Phone interview initially. Lasted about 15 minutes and was very relaxed. They called right on time. I was able to speak freely about my experiences and what I could bring to the table, without feeling like I was needing to impress the interviewer.
