This process was eerily similar to another candidate who has posted their review. I fully agree that this interview was definitely the most impersonal and coldest in my 5 year career thus far.
I applied online, and was given a coding interview challenge right away. There was no phone screening or even an initial conversation, straight to a programming test.
After completing my test, the next business day I was told they would not be proceeding with my application, based solely on my test results, which are automated.
I must agree wholly with another user where I was given the unfortunate situation of being dealt with HR where the results are based off an automated test score, and not an individual who can read the results. Additionally, I agree with the sentiment that perhaps that they should see results other than what is displayed on a screen, i.e. a simple number. There is much more to a candidate besides a test score, and not even speaking with an individual beforehand.

Colloquio
I would generally describe my process with Behaviour Interactive as one of the most impersonal and coldest amongst my career.
I applied and received right away that they wanted me to take a programming challenge (this already was a bit strange since generally companies call you before going forward with this step). I did the test, had 2/3 of the problems right since the last one I ran out of time.
I did my test on a Sunday, got an invitation the next day to schedule an interview with an HR agent (again, it seems that no one reviewed my code and it just took a look a general automated score for my test).
During the call, have to mention that the HR didn't show any interest on getting to know more details about me, barely spoke about the position and also called me 10 minutes later (giving me only 20 minutes of the 30 I had to sell myself). She sounded biased since the beginning.
After all this and not getting any answer at the promised day, I received an automated email rejecting my application with no feedback at all why I was being rejected (this is a bit rude if you ask me since I spent some days preparing myself for the interview and the code challenge, I think at least I deserve a non-automated email explaining what happened).
I asked for more details directly with the HR agent and her reasons were that my score was not great on the test (said by someone who has no knowledge on programming and based its decision on automated software) and that my current job I work with different software than the ones used in BI.
I don't think this company is a bad one, I had just the bad luck to have to deal with a rude and non-professional person who disregarded my skills with no reasons at all. I would suggest you to apply to this company to prepare for others interviews. Hope that someone from the company reads this and takes action about it, all the talent that may be disregarded because one irresponsible person.

Salary expectations, what do you like about BI, what's your background

I received an Email with a link to an online platform where I had to sign up for a take home challenge. The challenge itself wasn't difficult and somewhat better than a whiteboard interview / screening obviously. Very normal, nothing very exciting. They seem to be a professionally run place and I guess it just wasn't the right position for me.
