Talk with the HR first, and the HR are going to set up a meeting with you and the principal. After that, you are going to do a mini-lesson. And they will let you know if you got the offer or not in couple days. Really quick responses.

Informational interview where they kind of just talk at you followed by a demo lesson. Fairly straightforward and aligned with other Chinese school interviews I've had. The first interview is a great opportunity to ask questions to see if it would be a fit.
