Short interview - very positive. The store manager spoke to me in person and I was introduced to all of the management that were in the building. She knew who I was because I was short-listed, they had called and I missed the phone call - I'm determined, so after trying to call back several times, I headed up to the HR department and they interviewed me and offered me a position on the spot - which I was extremely grateful for.

I went in and they asked basic interview questions, then I had another interview with a manager for a different department. I also had to fill out a questionnaire when applying for the job.

It was simple, they do group interviews and if they like you, call you back for a second interview. The second interview is a formality, and it's where they formally hire you.
