I applied initially through Belk's online job board. I had a phone interview and was invited down for the Interview Day. It consisted of a morning learning more about Belk and then three interviews in the afternoon. They were pretty standard behavioral questions. Nothing terribly out of the ordinary, and the questions were not too different from interview to interview. I heard back by the end of the week.

Was contacted after attending a career fair and was assigned an interview slot the next day. I received the email late the night before and was lucky I was still checking my email.The interview went well I thought but still hadn't heard back after a month even after emailing the lady I had my interview with. There has been no follow up as of now

I came across the position and interviewed on campus and was invited to the final interview at the headquarters in Charlotte. They tour you around the facility and speak to you about belk and the history, growth and opportunities they are experiencing.
