Easy and pretty straightforward, though be specific on what role you want. They may pressure you to do a role you don't want to. Just be clear with what you want.
First, I scheduled a date and time that works out. Next, I met up with the hire manger and was interviewed for whatever position I applied for and talked about making sure I'm comfortable with the work/training they will have me do and the starting pay.
