I applied for Bell's graduate program as a software developer and received an invitation to a one-way video interview just 30 minutes later. It consisted of 4–5 questions, all of which were behavioral.

Why did you choose Bell's graduate program?
Recorded a video interview for the first round. It was monitored and they gave approximately 5 minutes to answer each question. The second interview was a phone call with an HR recruiter.
The interview will include a segment with a few questions about your experience and projects, covering your past roles, key responsibilities, notable achievements, and the technologies or tools you’ve utilized.
After submitting my resume, i got invited to participate in an online automated inteview, I got questions like why bell, why this program, why should we select you and such.
