As a mechanical engineering student, the manager that I interviewed with (over MS teams) for a Grand Prairie TX position was easy to talk to and also wanted to tell me about the position. He talked about what the facilities interns did, and how there wasn't a whole lot of hands on work to be done so I might not enjoy the position because of my degree. I do believe I was qualified, however as a mechanical engineering student he was right about me liking the hands on experience.
