The interview process begins with an initial screening call with an MD, followed by two back to back 30-minute panels (3 team members on each panel) and a modeling test completed beforehand.

The process consisted of three rounds. The first was an initial phone screening with HR focused on background and general fit. The second round was a technical interview with a senior analyst, covering financial modeling, Excel proficiency, and P&L analysis. The final round was a panel interview with the team, including case-based questions and discussions around real estate fundamentals, investment strategy, and prior deal experience.
