Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Belmond (Santa Barbara, CA) nel mese di gen 2015

First had an HR screening (I believe) and then met with the restaurant managers. Had to demo a few cocktails. Upon interview completion and hiring, I had to wait for employment until I could attend a 2 day long orientation with other new hires in which we learned about the Belmond group.
