I showed up 5 minutes early and the interviewer (construction manager) proceeded to have a smart remark about how he "almost gave up on me showing up". Within seconds it became obvious he did not bother to read my resume at all. When I told him I was an uber driver, at one point he referred to that as "not a job". I recommend staying away from these unprofessional people. As a veteran I have faced a fair amount of discrimination in this area and this interview is an example of that.
