Didn't even get to upload a CV. Even though I have the legal right to work in the country of application, the required degree, the language skills, and the availability, the application was rejected after answering a few questions with a reason that one of the criteria was violated.

I applied for the Graduate role and was asked to appear for another branch than what I had applied for. All the interviews until the assessment centre were in English and suddenly on the day of, we were informed that the case studies, group discussions would be held in German. They had just asked a lot of people to come for the final round to give an illusion of a fair interview, but it was far from fair. They even told us that the costs to come to Cologne would be reimbursed, and we have yet to receive the reimbursements (3 months now). I would not recommend this company to any new graduates; they are not open to change or innovation and would like to do things the way they are now.
