Initial phone screening. I was messaged by a Bemis recruiting associate. The associate asked if I were available and interested in a phone interview. We arranged a date and time to do so. We agreed my leadership style was significantly needed. She expressed the desire to move me forward to a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. I accepted. She then brought up the requirement for Covid vaccinations.
