Basic interview questions, nothing too stressful about the process, pretty relaxed and straightforward. Took about 15 minutes to get through with getting some of my own questions answered. Not much more to add.

Round 1 was a 30-45 minute phone interview with an HR member and a IT team member. It included introductions about what Bemis is, introducing myself, and some questions about my past experience. Round 2 was an in-person panel interview (or remote) with 5 people, most from the IT department. It was about one hour of round robin questions, such as why do you want to work for Bemis, or questions about my past experience.
