A friend of mine works at the company and referred me for a Telecom Engineer position out of their NYC office. It took a few weeks before someone got back to me, but the process was long and detailed. Applying for the company required multiple background checks including the need to get fingerprinted, which I thought was excessive.

I wouldn't say that there were any difficult questions, but I did not expect them to put me through a simulation that tested my background knowledge and experience.
