Interviewed with RVP in person over lunch. Very easygoing and conversational. I had a clinical rotation there so she did not ask interview questions (my CI spoke to her about my character). Overall it was a good experience.

I had a 30-60 min phone interview with someone from Benchmark in Charlotte for a PRN job. I was looking for a flexible position to spend more time with my kids. The interviewer spent a lot of time telling me about how he makes his schedule work with having kids. It’s obvious he does not spend as much time with his kids as I was looking to do with mine. I was blessed to find a position elsewhere that actually allows work life balance
