It took 2 weeks to get a call scheduled in with a recruiter. I had what felt like a very positive phone call and was told thoroughly how interviews work at BenchSci. I was left with the impression I’d be invited back for another interview since they said they’d reach out again. Fast forward 2 weeks and I still didn’t hear anything. I sent a very polite follow up email but never got a response on whether the position was filled nor did I receive any feedback. Candidates that apply put a lot of work into applications and it’s quite disappointing that they’re treated this way even if they aren’t selected.
