Applied online. They called to schedule and interview. Had two interviews, very easy. I enjoyed it. They were very nice and we had coffee and they served cookies with little chocolate chips that melted in your mouth when you let it set on your tongue for just a few seconds.

Met at career fair, then invited to dinner the same day, then requested to interview via microsoft teams. during dinner spoke a lot about personal life. Interview was typical questions about experience (non-technical questions) then each manager shared their screen and showed what they expect from me
Was referred to the company by an employee. Emailed them my resume and was contacted several months later to complete a pre-screen questions document. Was called to set up an interview several days later. Interview was with three of the program managers.
