I applied online and received a call two weeks later inviting me for an interview. I had a face-to-face interview with two ladies and one person connected through Zoom. The interview lasted over an hour, and I felt confident that I had done well. However, I didn't receive any response for a week and a half. I decided to email them, and I received a reply stating that I would have another interview at a different branch. Two days later, I went for my second interview. They asked me the same questions, and I provided the same answers. I was confident that I would receive a positive response, but again, I had to wait another two weeks until I emailed them about the application status. The lady said they had sent emails to everyone and updated the application status online, which wasn't true. After my email, someone from the bank called me and thanked me for applying, saying I was one of the top candidates for the role. However, they mentioned that if I had a degree, they would have considered me. I mean, really, why did I have to wait that long just to hear that I needed a degree for an entry-level bank position where they mentioned no degree was necessary and that they would provide on the job training.
