Process was fairly easy. HR contacted me first scheduling a time for an interview with one of the managers for my area that i applied for. Had an interview for 20min on a face to face phone call. They asked general questions and then about a couple days later I got hired.

The interview was over coffee at a cafe close to the store. The manager was welcoming and asked basic questions mainly centred around past work experience in retail and availability.

Applied for a Christmas Casual position. Received a call back from HR, had a brief phone interview and then interview with the manager. Took about 2 weeks overall. Phone interview had basic questions, why did you want to work for Bendon etc.
