Had multiple stage interviews for the role and was told I was the perfect candidate and they wanted to make me an offer. THEN they ask about my own personal financial history - I’m in an IVA. They turn on me and treat me terribly. Judging my situation, saying I may steal money from the company to pay off my own debt, rolling their eyes when I was explaining really personal information about my life that led to me being in the IVA. No consideration at all for the sensitive information shared, no empathy. 3 weeks of my time wasted and left the final call in tears due to the way I was spoken to and looked down on by their heads of HR. Made to be a liar and questioned my integrity. Not a company I’d want to work for anyway after that. Stay clear.
