Phone screen with HR followed by an onsite with four 1:1 interviews. I had an absolutely wonderful interview experience until after the onsite was finished. I never heard back from HR regarding my candidacy, even after following up directly with my point of contact a total of 5 times. After investing so much time with this company and even meeting them in person, it was disappointing to be completely ignored. Today, almost three months after my onsite interview, I received a canned "the role has been filled" response from a "do-not-reply" email account. Knowing others who received this exact same email today... I would guess they decided it was time to clear out their ATS system. Again, I really enjoyed my phone screen, onsite experience and everyone I met -- Maybe I was just the one candidate who fell through the cracks... but I cautiously warn those applying that their recruiting process and candidate communication needs work.
