Si inizia con un’ audition ( ti dicono che ci sara’ un gettone di presenza, mai percepito!) durante la quale devi dimostrare le tue abilità nella vendita. Mi hanno spiegato poco e niente, pretendendo gia’ da subito alte performance. Segue poi un’intervista telefonica, improntata piu’ che altro a capire le tue aspettative, in quanto non si capiscono le condizioni contrattuali, o meglio per quanto tempo durera’ il tempo determinato e semmai ci sara’ la probabilità di un indeterminato; poiche’ sono quasi sempre sostituzioni maternita’.

First there was an online interview you do alone and answer automated questions about how you would approach different problems. Then there is a zoom interview where you do your makeup and answer questions about the company and why you want to work there. After that they send you to a store so you can see if you work well in the environment and with the staff.
