Extensive. First, several calls with HR. Second, two additional telephone interviews. Third, two additional on site interviews.
Although I received favorable feedback from "the team", per the HR recruiter via email, who even included this quote "after speaking with the team, we feel you would be a wonderful addition to our team!" Obviously, I was excited. However, later in the email it was explained that due to the time of year (end of year), the position was being put on hold until after the first of the new year. I was invited to follow up then, and assured they would also be in contact.
Attachments included in the email was the complete benefits package, company overview and a standard employment application, to be completed and returned, as is standard.
I completely understood and looked forward to starting the new year with a new company, and a new adventure. I followed up several times via email and telephone, every couple of weeks. Guess what?! NOTHING but crickets....!! No returned telephone call or so much as a conciliatory email.
Still not sure what happened........
