Pretty simple, but a long drawn out process to get into the building for a face to face. I was contacted by Modis (external recruiting firm) about the job who sent my resume to the QA management at BF. A week, maybe 2 later I was scheduled for a phone interview with the QA director; which was a pretty simple phone interview about my past experience and what I was looking for in a company. Another week passed and was finally brought in for a face to face interview with director and 3 QA managers. The face to face was pretty simple, we just talked about my past experience and was asked personality questions to see if I would fit in; actually was pretty fun since my interview style is basically talking to someone like a person and not a boss.
