Interviewer spent most of the screener talking about all the next interview steps and then didn’t even give me a callback. Felt like a waste of time and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I and other candidates waited outside an interview room for one of the interviewers to arrive. When it was my turn to interview, I was invited in and sat at a chair across a table the interviewing partners. One partner asked me a series of questions periodically, while the other partner appeared to do work on a laptop computer the whole time, occasionally looking away from the screen to share a look with us for a moment. Overall they didn't seem very interested in learning about me, judging from both their lack of meaningful questions and their body language. I don't know what they were trying or hoping to accomplish by taking that approach.
