The whole process took 96 days, from the day i applied to the time i got the offer. There were 2 interviews and various tests, which is to be expected. What was surprising (and mostly mentally exhausting) was the amount of ghosting between each step. 42 days between the first interview and a feedback. In the end, i had to reach out to a internal contact to be able to discuss with another HR member. The last few communications with this HR person were quick and efficient, which made me hope the overall organisation might be different from this interview experience.
