Be careful before you accept any offer from Bentley. Worst organizational culture. I have worked with this organization from past 9 years. All Americans has kept the power in their hand. Indians and other region people are only puppet. Worst salary structure. Oiling and buttering work in this organization. I have seen person with class 12 certificate became the supervisor and ruling the team of MBA.

Its shows only engineering company and having R&D team but leader of the team are having BA and Social science degree. I know it’s unbelievable but it’s true .IN SELECT Renewal team (Kolkata) Supervisor is class 12 pass and manager of the team is social science graduate and they both are leading the team of high educated people.

They asked about my side projects, a particular guy was unimpressive, i thought the interview will be about my technical assessment but it was the other way. I was asked about data sharing across databases, and was asked to solve a string problem

The interview process involved the typical interview rounds as in other companies. Initial round was a tele phone screening with recruiter, followed by two technical rounds with the corresponding team members.
