Was called by receptionist for interview time. Then interviewed via skype. Was called after almost 2 weeks for 1:1 meeting. Went to meet the manager and the HR manager. HR guy was just concerned with how long will you last here or will you run away quickly (they have problem with employee retention due to low pay mostly or with managers being arrogant). Department manager just called to get a feel of my personality. Then given a offer which according to them was the best they can offer, which i accepted.
